No matter how old I got Bill always greeted me as baby sis, other relatives would refer to me as baby Connie, I was not crazy about it, but was always so pleased to hear Bill say it.  Love you big brother Bill, miss you so much guy.  You are awesome and your spirit shines so bright!!!  THAKNS bill for your kindness and understanding AND MOST OF ALL YOUR UNSELFISH LOVE

Billy was like the big brother I never had, he was the craziest guy I knew and just loved to make people laugh, and he had the cutest chuckle that I can still hear...soar with eagles Bill...and tell Matt Grammy Don loves him too!!
